Some of our clients have been coming for twenty years, and some are here for the first time. Either way, you get a short talk first, so we know what you'd like and what your hair has been through.

Your first visit
Four steps from the phone call to the mirror.

Step 1: Book your visit
Call (563) 555-0103, or book online. Tell us what you'd like done and whether you have had a perm or color before. For a perm or color, we'll go over your hair first.

Step 2: What to bring
A photo of a style you like, if you have one. Your usual hairnet or scarf, if you wear one. And the name of anyone who cut your hair last, if you want us to ask.

Step 3: When you arrive
Come a few minutes early. Parking is on Brady Street and in the lot behind the salon. Tell Rhoda or whoever is at the desk who you're here to see.

Step 4: What to expect
A short talk, then the basin, then the chair. A set takes about an hour and forty minutes, and a first cut about an hour. We show you the back in the hand mirror before you go.
