What decides the price

The price follows the service and your hair. Your stylist looks at both before telling you the number.

When you hear the price

Before we start, every time. For a perm or color, call or stop by and we'll look at your hair and tell you the price and the time. For a set or a cut, you hear it when you book.

Deposits

We don't take a deposit. A phone call to move your time is all we ask.

Canceling or running late

Please call at least a day ahead if you need to move your time, so someone else can have the chair. If you're running late, call and we'll fit in what the time allows.

Add-ons and changes on the day

A conditioning mask or a trim added on the day gets priced and agreed with you before your stylist starts it.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never expected. Hand it to your stylist, or leave it at the desk.

Gift cards and packages

Buy a gift card at the desk or by phone, for any service. It is used at the chair like any other payment.
